- KCKaitlyn ChanApr 5, 20261.0The people who work here are so rude, and just make you feel like they don’t want you there. Went in for simple nitro cold brews, one black and one with cream. I watched them try to pour the nitro and it was sputtering like it was empty. So instead of changing the line or letting us know it was out, they took the sputtering foam and poured the regular cold brew in with it. The second one with cream, the same thing. Put a few sputters of the bottom of the nitro tank and filled the rest with regular cold brew and mixed it. It looked like a cup of cream. Then told me it was “the same”. So if it’s the same, why is there a price difference between the two? Proceeded to tell me the “price was pretty much the same also.” Didn’t offer to help make anything better or refund me the difference. They were just going to keep the difference in money and send me away. Honestly the worst customer service ever.

They had it wrong twice in a week and once again they got it wrong with no sugar and no cream and no blueberry so this time I went in with a smile and I was welcomed with irritation and annoyance and they barely heard me out and then told me to go and get the sugar and add it in myself? When I explained I was missing other stuff I was just handed it and the worker just walked away! They are not warm and inviting. They don’t care about their daily customers and could t care less when they get your order wrong! Luckily the bagel store is nearby so we just go there now.
