  Even after they screwed me over on an order placed DIRECTLY on their app which I never received I still continued to order from this place. Well, shame on me because it happened again! They encourage you to use the app and order directly but they use DoorDash for the delivery anyway. The driver took my food but the order was rerouted multiple times until finally a driver told me the order was already picked up. I received a notification that my order was cancelled but no refund. SOMEBODY MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE! I’ll wait….Doordash is responsible for orders directly through their platform NOT when a restaurant or store uses DD to fulfill their services. You can’t talk to anyone with sense at the restaurant when there’s an issue. I’m done with this place and refuse to ever order again. I wasn’t a cheap patron and didn’t care about pricing. If I want it or my family wants it I buy it, but you will not rip me off. It is disgusting how customer service is handled and the issue needs to be addressed. Good food but how can you eat something you never receive? And I have driven to pick up food before but if delivery is convenient and offered, one would think it is a reasonable option to use. Never again.

  Frustrated my experience has come to writing a review. I have ordered (via Uber Eats) and eaten here from multiple times but after my last experience I will never recommend or support this business again. I ordered through their website which claims I would be supporting their small business by doing so instead of going through Uber Eats. I ordered and after 40 minutes of no movement on the tracker I called. This place is less than ten minutes from my house. The woman kept telling me my order was ready for pick up, and I told her repeatedly it was delivery. After arguing with me, she realized it was delivery. They outsource it through door dash, I know this because the tracker THEY provide says waiting for a door dasher. Another 20 minutes goes by and no movement. I call back, this time she continues to say pick up. Ends up hanging up on me I guess out of frustration, I still don’t know why because I wasn’t aggressive in the slightest.i wait ten more minutes and call back - she let the phone ring so I kept at it. She picks up, places me on hold. Just incredibly rude and nasty customer service. No need to be treated like this in any way. Food was cold and guac was sour and brown. Tried to avoid a review, wrote an email to whoever Al is on the website, no response. There is better food in the area where you don’t need to be treated like this. You should really check who you have working for you. I work in hospitality and I can tell you every time I go in there the two women you have working there are rude - this experience was just over the top and now I feel like I need to say something.
