- JHJen H5 days ago1.0Called me 20 minutes after placing my order through DoorDash to tell me they don't have a delivery driver. When I said it should be a doordasher delivering things, they said they use their own drivers to deliver. What pizza place doesn't have a delivery driver at 7:30pm on a Saturday, let alone multiple drivers? Honestly felt like they just didn't want to deliver a single pizza.

The delivery times are absolutely unacceptable - I've waited over two hours for orders multiple times - and the manager is rude to customers over the phone. I don't know how they're still in business and this place should be shut down.
- ARAditi RanaJan 7, 20261.0Ordered delivery on 1/7/2026. Over 1.5 hours later I called the store and they placed me on hold and hung up on me TWICE! I went to the store and come to see two of the delivery drivers on their phone in the cars, with orders lined up ready to go for delivery. I tell the worker you hung up on me twice and they said they ignored the comment and said they were having “technical difficulties” BS you can atleast inform customers with simple customer service skills. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Food was cold and not even warmed up and was handed to me.
