  Placed order on doordash At 4:17 for two small pizzas to be delivered to Walmart on route 37 at 6:00 p.m. our lunch time pizzas were delivered at 6:43. Domino's are ignorant and are telling me the order was placed at 5:28 you tell me I'm attaching the receipt!!! No customer service. No understanding. People just are ignorant. Save your money I received a response. Basically it's the same form response I received from corporate and now you want me to fill out more forms? I filled out several sets for corporate. Already sent in my proof maybe you should talk to your staff that when people call them and there's a problem they shouldn't play pass the buck ! I did not only speak to one. I did not speak to two. I spoke to three people and they told me basically deal with it. There's nothing that they could do about it because we received the food. Sure we did. It was delivered to the store 45 minutes after the person it was ordered for already returned back to work. I told them to come and pick up the pies and refund me and they laughed like it was a joke and now you want me to fill out forms. How about I come into the restaurant on the day you're there and we can talk face-to-face. I'm off tomorrowThursday 4/9 How does that sound? I await your response. I shouldn't be the one that should be jumping through hoops or send me a way to directly contact you. There's not even a link that I can click on for filling out your forms for a third time!

  The worse experience ever fist I order half cheese half Hawaiian receive only cheese, waiting time 30/44 min i receive order over 2 hours and when I called they hung up ! Very unprofessional,

  Placed an order waited over 2 hours for delivery on a Thursday night. Finally delivered, driver never knocked, left pizza outside, ice cold. Can't get the store to answer my phone call. The absolute worst experience with a pizza order in my life. Do yourself a favor and just don't.

  Called me 20 minutes after placing my order through DoorDash to tell me they don't have a delivery driver. When I said it should be a doordasher delivering things, they said they use their own drivers to deliver. What pizza place doesn't have a delivery driver at 7:30pm on a Saturday, let alone multiple drivers? Honestly felt like they just didn't want to deliver a single pizza.
