    I’ve only been to this location twice and have had an awful experience both times! First time there was some guy in the drive thru who barely spoke English to the point where he messed the order up on 3 different occasions. When I went back to try and tell him what was wrong he was lost and confused. I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, I ordered a medium drink and got small, and then I ordered a burger with bacon and it came no bacon. When I said something about the burger instead of offering a remake like most places he offered me two small pieces of bacon on the side. I said I wasn’t going bakc there, then today I had a longer then expected shift at work. When I got off the only thing one was Wendy’s. I orders two things a biggie bag and then 3 tenders. Once I said I wanted to add tenders I very loud and rude “OMFG” came through the mic. Not sure what type of business is being run there but it needs to get addressed.

    NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION!! It’s an absolute mess! Waited 30 mins in the drive thru lane to pick up my online order. I had to end up going inside and waited an additional 45 mins!! All that just to get the wrong order. I asked for a manager 10 times and no one came. They only had one person working on all of the orders and no one to help them. I don’t get how this location is still up and running with all of the terrible reviews and horrible staff/management. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

    Probably one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I ordered online 15 minutes prior to arriving at the location’s drive through. When we arrived, the employee didn’t speak very good English, which I can understand and I tried to work with him, but he didn’t make any effort to help us get our order. There was also an employee outside, in pajamas, near the drive through, standing there watching us until she went inside, which was odd. There was no communication at all when our food would be ready. After 25 minutes, we received our food, which was cold and missing items. I’m not sure what was happening behind the scenes, but the experience was disappointing and tedious. There was no one else there, either, as we arrived around 9:45pm. Thankfully, I don’t live near the area and won’t ever have to come here again.

    Terrible. I placed a mobile order and was stuck waiting for 25 minutes while an employee in her pjs came out from behind the corner of the building behind my car and stood on her phone and stared. We then were given our food and it was ice cold and honestly unsafe to eat. I think hell is more uplifting than this buisness.

    I am livid!!!!!! Im a gm at a restaurant so i know what i expect my employees to do/serve/act like etc... the fries i didnt notice until alllll the way back home another town over ( wasn't for me it was for my kid who hasn't been feeling well so I let her have whatever she wanted today) the fries literally took my kids tooth out it was that hard. I can tell you need to change your oil like yesterday not only were they burnt or re cooked there was 0 salt to make up for it. My kid would never even give me a fry and she threw both small fries right out. 20$ for what?!?!?!??!?!?!?? I want my money back honestly fsc should be revisiting there bc with the amount of customers you have a day the oil should be up kept much much better than that. Disappointed and now I know why I never allow her to eat there. Place has gone down hill for sure. I stopped going inside after the last time creeped me out and the cashier was grumpy and argumentative. Smfh
