I ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, two frostys and recieved One small chocolate frosty, which i did Not order, a medium coke, and an ice cold burger and equally as cold chicken sandwich. i don't know what's going on there, but i do know that they're not doing it right. it is extremely disappointing. i actively work in fast food, i know how this works, and there is no reason other than laziness for the food to be of this quality. the workers here need to put some pep in their step. people are spending money looking for a quick meal and are being met with cold, inedible, incorrect orders and insecure delivery options. the fact that wendy's doesn't have security doordash bags is crazy. anyone could tamper with your food. thankfully, i know this isn't doordash's problem. it's solely the problem of the workers here. please do better. you should not only be doing things correctly when people are ordering in person or when they're in a dunkin' uniform.
