    The Cherry Berry Protein Smoothie was delicious with just enough tartness to taste that berry flavor and Krystal the server did a good job making it. :)

    Nice looking store, but when stopping in 30 minutes before close was informed they're out of lettuce. After a few minutes deciding on something that didn't have lettuce, someone shouts from the back and now I'm informed they can't make any food now. The store had no signage for half the menu being unavailable, no sign about kitchen closing TWENTY+ minutes before close, just a giant blue OPEN sign to trick people into stopping in for nothing. The register girl was very kind, but whatever sorry excuse for an employee was in the back is going to run this store into the ground and should be exited. They didn't even come out to explain or apologize. Terrible first experience at this chain, menu looked great but I probably won't be back. I'd rather visit a store that doesn't lie to me about it's hours or menu .

    I placed an order on January 1st for pickup at the Hooper Avenue location. When I arrived, two other customers were already waiting for their orders, so I waited my turn. An associate—who appeared to be new, as I’ve visited this location many times before—approached me and handed me a bag. She said something while doing so, but it was unclear. Assuming the order was mine, I took the bag and left. As soon as I got into my car, I received a phone call from someone who I believe was the manager, stating only that I had taken the wrong food. I immediately returned to the store and handed the bag back. The manager explained that it belonged to the other customers who had been waiting. He then asked me if I had opened the bag, which I had not—I had only just reached my car when I received the call. The other customers looked through the bag and said they would still take the food. Throughout this interaction, the manager did not apologize or take accountability for the mistake made by his staff. I was left standing there feeling as though I had done something wrong, and the situation made me uncomfortable, especially with the way the other customers were looking at me. I understand that mistakes happen, and I’m not upset about the mix-up itself. What was disappointing was the manager’s lack of professionalism, communication, and apology. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

    I’ve been ordering in store and even on door dash at work in Lakewood and it’s always the same the peanut paradise so today I stopped in because I happened to be at Michael’s and got the usual and had to drive down hooper towards Vaughn, which isn’t a fa rose at all, usually the smoothie is really ice cold and creamy, I went to take a sip and it tastes like ice water with some kind of flavor Not sure if this server was under pressure because the woman prior to me ordered 3 drinks but if you need help ask or if I had to wait an extra couple of minutes then communicate that but at least make my drink the right way so I don’t spend close to $10 for something i had to toss! I should’ve taken a pic to show that the cup had just a bout an inch and a half of some kind of foam on top and the rest was like brown water, super disappointing
