I ordered a caramel craze latte, a drink I order regularly, only to find that my order had absolutely NO caramel in it. When I pointed this out and requested extra caramel, they had the audacity to charge me for it! The manager approached me with an attitude, insisting that I needed to pay for the extra caramel, despite my polite explanation that there was hardly any caramel in my CARAMEL CRAZE LATTE. When I suggested that she could simply remake my drink, she walked away mid-sentence, completely disregarding my concern. Now it’s only $0.52 so in the grand scheme of things, it’s not that much money but it’s the freaking principle and the audacity to think you can give me a caramel craze latte with zero caramel in it then walk away when I ask you to redo the drink. Honestly, Dunkin', is this the level of service we can expect nowadays? For the past five years, I've tried to avoid this Dunkin' because time after time, I receive nothing but HORRIBLE drinks and TERRIBLE service. Today was no different, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
