It was not. When we got back about half our or so later. They went to give me the same food and said its not their fault I forgot it and I should know what I ordered..... The little girl there was extremely rude. Wasn't the girl who is at the window usually. I'll get her name as well

I received the sandwiches on croissants. No big deal. I reiterated kindly that I would like the English muffins extra toasted. New sandwiches had the correct ingredients but the muffins were barely warm and not really toasted. No big deal. I apologized to them for being high maintenance and asked that they toast the muffins one more time. They did so. I was relatively happy considering the minor oversight. My first bite into a sandwich included human hair. I already left to go to an event and could not go back a fourth time. So, I am not getting sandwiches or my $13 back.
