  I would give 0 starts if I could after my experience. I ordered a delivery order that sat in a pending queue for over 30 minutes. I finally went to go pick up the order instead where I was rudely greeted and told multiple times my order, that was complete and ready, would just be canceled to avoid a bad review. This order was Christmas night and the worker was clearly overworked and understaffed. I was then told my order was just going to be canceled when I asked if they could heat up my order. The workers handed me half the order and continued to argue with me about canceling it then when they finally gave me my order they followed me out the door and asked why my boyfriend didn’t come inside to get the, when in reality it shouldn’t of been an issue.

  I want to leave this here as my first review ever. I never thought that going to a place where I simply wanted to buy a pizza for my kids, arriving in a good mood, would turn into the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in New Jersey. I came here during the Christmas holidays, and the employee working here truly ruined our night. I tried to place an order around 7:00 PM, and the employee was extremely rude and literally kicked me out, saying they were no longer accepting new orders. Honestly, Domino’s pizzas have always been some of the best, but this experience made me never want to return to this location again. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. 12/25/2025

  Came in tonight to pickup my order & I heard 2 employees arguing while I was there. The guy with the dreadlocks & one with the beard & a grey beanie with a black jacket. Keep your business at home or don’t come to work. Happy Holidays.

  If management is reading yall need to hire new staff - a person who works in the food industry. I ordered a pineapple pizza for delivery. Had it left at the door. When I brought it inside and opened it, to my surprise, it was pepperoni. When I went to call the store to see if they could bring mine back I got put on hold for 25 min I get being busy but that’s absolutely insane. It woulda been one thing if they checked in after 5 - 10 min and were getting in contact with the driver or we’re checking on it but nothing. After 25 min of wasting my time I hung up and call back when ( what a surprise) they don’t answer I sat there for 3 min waiting for someone to pick up the phone when I decided after working 10 hours I’d rather go to sleep than wait another 25-30 min wasting my time talking to and being put on hold by incompetent people. It was as simple as we’re making you a new pie or sending yours back. But yall beat around the bush and it’s ridiculous. I’ll be disputing the charge now with my card instead of getting my pie, a new pie, or a refund.

  Easily the worst dominos pizza I’ve ever had, got two pies and cheesy bread, the pies were a complete mess and undercooked (asked for them well done). My expectations are already pretty low because it’s dominos but it was just ridiculous how awful it turned out. Went to pick up the pizzas and the guy working hands me a garlic sauce completely opened and pretended like he didn’t see that it was clearly opened. There’s a ton of other dominos locally, do the drive to Lakehurst if you really want it.
