- EMEugene MorganFeb 15, 20264.0Well I can't really give an honest bad review or good one. The place was super busy because of Valentines day. Seating was quick. Service was slow. The wait staff seemed to be overwhelmed and under staffed. It took about an half hour to even put our drink order in. Our waiter was so overwhelmed that he kept walking past us to people he just seated. He was apologetic, so we stayed thinking things would get better. When it came time for us to order our food, that took another 15 minutes to a half hour. Finally when our food arrived it was hot, but we couldn't really enjoy because of frustration. I would say this. Don't read into this as a bad review. Just remember when you go out during the holidays, expect the staff may be rushing to accommodate a full restaurant. They may unintentionally pass you by to try and make everyone happy. I will go back on an off day. Then I will be able to give you a full and fair review.

Despite being told to 'seat ourselves' and choosing a visible spot near the bar, we were treated like we were invisible. Multiple groups came in after us—including a family at the very next table—and were served drinks and greeted promptly. After sitting there without a single word from any staff member, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Poor management and zero hospitality. Nothing like the previous times we visited.
