Staff said take a seat anywhere..sat down and there was already 2 tables that was already eating as there was another 2 groups behind us, we all sat at different tables. They got served menus and drinks before us. Then the waitress took their orders. Me and my friend didn’t even get a menu let alone have any staff member come to our table as we sat at the table before them and there was only a total of 5 tables full and 2 were already eating, wasn’t busy as the bar area seemed to be busier. Waited about 10 minutes before we got up to leave and as we were leaving another staff member tell us to enjoy the rest of our day as we said we didn’t even get a menu as everyone else who sat after us got drinks and their order taken. Not even any attempt to rectify the situation or any apology. Don’t understand it as it wasn’t busy at all.
