  I’ve been going to 7 Brew weekly since they opened, and unfortunately the same issue happens every single time. I always ask for light ice, and every single drink comes out filled to the top with ice. At this point it doesn’t feel like a mistake — it feels like the request is just ignored. It’s frustrating paying full price for a drink when over half of it is ice, especially when a simple customization is asked for clearly and politely. What makes this more disappointing is that I’ve seen multiple other Google reviews mentioning the exact same problem, so it’s obviously not just me. I really wanted to like this place and be a regular, but if custom requests can’t be followed consistently, it’s hard to justify coming back.

  First time here and it was a frustrating experience. The ordering process was very confusing and annoying (a drive up menu is better), especially for a first-time customer, and the line took forever to move. After waiting all that time, the coffee had way too much ice and was just decent at best—nothing worth the hassle.

  They are people taking your orders are amazing. Very friendly give their opinion on what they like or is popular, but they people making the drink 80% forget at least one thing in my drink, which usually is the cinnamon sprinkles.

  There was a deal, buy two medium and then you get a free drink card. I had been waiting in line; the sales girl, at first “window”, told me pull up and I would get my drink card (as I had already purchased the two medium drinks). When I got to the last window the next sales girl said no, I couldn’t get the card as was past the time frame, telling me it was after 7 and the deal went to 7PM, (it was maybe 9-10 minutes after the hour). The first girl either needed to tell me that so that I would not have purchased the two medium drinks, (which were pricey), or I could have been given some deal or option as this is a new place ,I had been waiting in line, so technically I was there by the deal regardless it was still within just minutes that time passing. I explained I had been in line and first girl told me I’d get the card and this next sales girl just shrugged and handed me my drinks- was not good customer service at all. Whole thing was very much like a robotic process and coffee wasn’t even that good and I’m a coffee drinker:/

  I used my free drinks rewards worth buying 20 drinks - and asked for light ice. Both of my drinks were 3/4 full with ice. Reached out to customer service who practically said they can’t do anything for me for wasting my 2 free drinks ! They also charge 3$ for no ice if you were curious - been a fan for a long time since they opened but will no longer be going there due to awful customer service .
