  This had to be hands down the worst customer service interaction I’ve had in a very long time. I am not writing this review to come off as a Karen. It was totally unacceptable. The store number is 336718. I had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-through. When I said hello at the intercom, I was immediately met with a rude voice saying “GIVE ME ONE MINUTE PLEASE.” The tone was completely unnecessary. When I got to the window, I watched the employee roll up my bag and toss it across the counter toward the drive-through window, which felt very unprofessional. When I mentioned how rude the interaction was, the employee at the window said they were “in the middle of something,” which doesn’t excuse speaking to customers that way. I asked for the employee’s name to report the experience and the staff seemed hesitant to provide it. I tried deciphering this persons name, possibly Bonnie? Overall, extremely poor customer service. I won’t be returning.

  Today I went to get some donuts, and when I got home I saw that they were raw., You can't eat bread that's raw inside.😞

  The drive thru is all screwed up. The American guy should be the one who talks through the speaker, not the other two who can't speak or understand English so well, The inside is ok though.
