- RHRochelle Hairston6 days ago1.0When I walked in the store with my grandson neither of the workers greeted me. The girl gave me a sour look and continued to do what she was doing. She never said hi, "I'll be right with you." No welcome to the store and no smile. She eventually came to the counter and said, "how can I help you?" In the most rudest way. And I said, shouldn't you be saying "Hello, how can I help you?" So she gives me a very dry, "Hello how can I help you." No, way do I expect to be treated like that. Anyway, I order donuts and then I decided I wanted a Refresher. I see her poor the juice into the cup. And there was no more in that box. So she's looking and looking, she's going overboard looking for another box which should have been already there, and I'm pretty sure it was. But all of a sudden she goes to the back, she gets a new box. It's open when she comes back to the front and so I'm already suspicious, because it's already open. Why wouldn't she bring it to the front and then open it and pour it into my cup? She poured it into my cup, and then she stirred it real quick. Why would she have to stir it? Then pours the cream in it. With the unwarranted nasty attitude that she had, there is no way I was going to drink that stuff. Again, why open it before coming to the front? Why pour and then stir? I just poured it out. Just a very horrible experience and a very nasty person, in more ways than one. Happy the receipt allows the customer to give feedback as well.
