- TLTyler LaMore1 day ago1.0Hey me and my friends have been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings on 37 all year and we’ve been nothing but respectful. Recently the service has been awful. The manager Darren went up to our waiter and told him to stop giving us water. The manager Darren took pictures of me and my friends and then kicked us out for no reason. He lied to us and says no one wants to serve us even though we are friendly with all the servers and we tip them excellent. My one friend has Tourette’s so he makes noises some times and he can’t control it. Darren came up to him tonight and asks disrespectfully do you still have Tourette’s and walked off. I’ve never felt more insulted and betrayed by a restaurant before. This manager Darren needs to be fired, he is unprofessional and rude!!!!

- EMEugene MorganFeb 15, 20264.0Well I can't really give an honest bad review or good one. The place was super busy because of Valentines day. Seating was quick. Service was slow. The wait staff seemed to be overwhelmed and under staffed. It took about an half hour to even put our drink order in. Our waiter was so overwhelmed that he kept walking past us to people he just seated. He was apologetic, so we stayed thinking things would get better. When it came time for us to order our food, that took another 15 minutes to a half hour. Finally when our food arrived it was hot, but we couldn't really enjoy because of frustration. I would say this. Don't read into this as a bad review. Just remember when you go out during the holidays, expect the staff may be rushing to accommodate a full restaurant. They may unintentionally pass you by to try and make everyone happy. I will go back on an off day. Then I will be able to give you a full and fair review.
