- JPJosh PinchukSep 28, 20254.0All I ordered was a large decaf coffee. A system I don't know if it doesn't work well but it told me to pay at the counter. So I waited for my number to come up and it never did. One of the staff saw that I was waiting and asked me what I ordered. I told him a coffee so he brought me my coffee as I ordered it but he only charged me for the small because of the inconvenience. That was nice of him, but the coffee was barely warm. Made me wonder if there was something wrong with it, but at this point 3 hours after drinking a few sips of it I haven't gotten sick. The person that helped me also was going around the restaurant making sure everything was clean and tidy. So that's why I'm giving the food three stars. The service would be five stars except for I think he should have noticed that the coffee wasn't hot. I give the atmosphere five stars because it's a standard McDonald's and it was clean and it also had a play area for kids.

But today I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 large fries—one with my rewards and one to pay for. When I explained at the window that I asked for 2, they looked confused and didn’t offer to add it on the spot. Instead, I had to drive around, park, and go inside to order another fry while the rest of my food got cold. This could have been handled much better. Disappointing experience and a waste of my time. I'm only leaving this review in the hopes that someone there will read it and train their employees how to deal with this in the future.
