They never have basic dinner items, half the drink options are out, and they can’t even keep simple condiments stocked. The food is flat-out horrible, stale buns, cold fries, and zero effort put into anything coming out of that kitchen. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance the same month, and it was even worse. Same missing menu items, same trash quality, and this time the chicken nuggets were undercooked and made me sick. That’s not just bad service, that’s dangerous. The place is filthy, poorly run, and clearly not capable of operating at any acceptable level. If they’re “rehabbing” the store, then shut it down and finish the job instead of serving customers garbage. This location is a joke, a health risk, and a complete waste of money. Avoid it at all costs. Management and ownership should be ashamed of themselves. Reading all of the reviews, they are not.
