  What a complete disgrace. My sister and I came here to study and eat. I have been coming to this location for about 2-3 years now. We sat, we studied for hours....all was fine. As closing time approached....it was around 9:48pm. They close at 10pm. A male worker began wiping tables around us....he then states in a firm voice at..."You know we close in 10 minutes right." So I looked at him, and instead of getting an attitude I decided to make it a rather light moment instead. I then said with a smile..." I know you want to go home, its ok." He then says..."No, im not kicking you out, I SWEAR im not." Then I said jokingly and softly....."Its ok.....you want to go home." He then plays victim and says...."You know what...you are mistreating me right now." My sister and I were caught off guard because he WAS JUST joking with us before.....so we were so confused. Anyway....I didnt respond. As we began gathering our stuff to walk out the door.... he turns to me and says " Excuse me, you need to walk out the back door please." So then.....I had to say something. Because at this point, I started to be harassed by the worker. He was disrespectful twice to my sister and I, and it was unacceptable. I will NO LONGER be going to this location. The harassment and disrespect is all too much. I sent a message to corporate, and I do hope they will take the measures needed to resolve this issue. A shame.

  A bit on the slow side for the pickup window, they were backed up with some orders. Tea and was good, though.

  I hate to appear biased but I just had the worse pick up experience ever and I should have gotten the name of the African American lady who helped me. Her attitude and customer service was horrible and only reason I didn't get a name or follow up was because I was rushed As to not get the wrong person in person in trouble I will go back at some point and get a name.

  Great food. Managers are a delight and everyone is always just pleasant and friendly. There is a lot of Panera Bread but this is by far the best one

  I ordered chicken soup it was so salty that I had to add hot water. I asked them to give me some hot water at the pick up place, but they told me to get hot water by myself near by the coffee. The side bread baguette was so cold that felt like not heated. I couldn't eat at all since it was cold and hard. I am disappointed.
