I placed my order for two coffees and a bagel with cream cheese. One coffee was supposed to be black, the other with syrup. The bagel was sesame with walnut spread. When my name was called, I received a bagel tossed in a bag. No parchment, just a half-cut bagel with a plastic knife and a separate container of cream cheese. If I wanted to make it myself, I would’ve stayed home. To make things worse, the coffee turned out to be self-serve. So what exactly did I pay extra for at the kiosk?
