- BBB.PJan 5, 20262.0I have shopped at the Teaneck location for over 10 years. I used to go into the store and pick out my groceries. For the last couple of years, I have ordered online and picked up my groceries at the store. I have received expired items and moldy fruit periodically, including my most recent visit! Once I brought back grapes that were “bad” and was asked by a woman at the customer service desk if I took some out because the weight of the item on my receipt was different than the weight I brought back! Do you really think I would eat a bad batch of grapes? The location is very convenient, and for the most part I am satisfied. I’m just asking the employees that are conducting inventory do a better job, and those packing the groceries for pick up, check the expiration dates. It’s a major inconvenience to come back to get a refund/exchange each time!

Their quality of design has gone down incredibly, but the customer service is abysmal, with the bakery employee screaming at customers and the store manager supporting them. The design that I ordered was not followed, and was met with such hostility and anger. Get your cakes somewhere else.

Produce, particularly fresh veggies are occasionally a bit roughed up. The interior needs a refresh and the loudspeaker system sounds awful.
