We went there at 6:30, the dining room was closed, and they said they were no longer serving food that “the kitchen was closed”. We could only got drinks and a stale donut. Go to the Dunkin in Hackensack. Much better service.

From my coffee and food always being burnt to getting my ordered incorrectly. It never fails with this location. Today I ordered through the app and had my husband pick up. All you gotta say im picking up for "so and so" They had to ask what my order was when it should already be in a big screen on who ordered what. Regardless of that they still handed me the wrong thing. Instead of a coffee I was given a hot chocolate. The reason why I am writing such lengthy review is cause this isn't nothing new, and Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Obviously they need new staff.. a complete REBOOT!
