The excuse was that they didnt have the drizzel but clearly I saw that they had a ton of frostings and caramel/chocolate fudge in which they could have supplemented with and they said "i am sorry we cannot do that" sad excuse especially after you are all relaxing on the job. When he put it in the plastic bag, he slammed it into the bag and the screen went in. On top of everything When we cut the cake it was labeled oreo chocolate it was chocolate chip. Very disappointed especially after spending 50 dollars on candles and a cake. Please hire new staff!!!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
