I have been going here over 6 years and the last 4x visits...staff are unorganized, food is NOT NOT prepared per Wendy's meal requirements. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no bacon, crushed buns, under cooked meat. Seriously it's NOT ok... this Wendy's is to be TOP NOTCH.

As I pulled up to the window I see a guy handling money at the register, next he is dealing with the fries putting them in bags. The Lady at the drive through window on her phone while the Manager is cracking jokes with the employees. The Lady with the thick glasses in the drive through was rude and needs to be coached on "customer service"I didn't get condiments or straws because she argued that she put them in the bag and wanted to charge when they were forgotten. I don't even want to eat this food now after seeing so many HAACP violations.

Today was it when he attempted to tell me my order was on the counter and not drive thru. He really told me to come inside and that they didn't have my order. I showed him my phone and he still proceeded to tell me to go inside. I refused to move and because I was so fed up i wanted a refund. Then I needed to pull forward.. after waiting for 15 minutes. They gave me my meal and I left. Someone needs to tell him how to pull up the mobile orders!
