My guess is they aren’t boiled and they use steam injection. They are like what you can get at a supermarket or Dunkin’ Donuts. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and the bagel was circular shaped bread and the dough does not stand up to heavy everything seasoning At least they do have a griddle rather than a microwave for everything like Dunkin. If looking for a real bagel…look elsewhere. Maybe the coffee and pastries are good…I don’t know.
