But Michael the manager is LAZY and the crosseyed lady is mindless and rude. Does location only justify these prices? I dont think so. Look at that worthless reply from Kings. Lot of words to say nothing.
- JCJames CloydMar 16, 20261.0I have been shopping at Summit Kings for about 40 years, and it used to be superior in every way. Unfortunately, the experience has changed a lot. Now there is often only one cashier and just one person assisting the self-checkout area. It also feels like there is little management presence, and the staff overall seems very minimal. The prices have always been on the higher side, which I never minded paying because the service and experience made it worth it. However, the current situation is no longer very customer friendly, and it’s disappointing to see how much it has declined over the years.

Ask whatever you want and it's the weight they decide, extra thick no matter if you say thin and often the wrong item. I can accept a few times buts it's now multiple thrown out old (incorrect kind) cheese and meats and it's not at all cheap.
