I ordered the snapper, and it was absolutely perfect — fresh, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. You can tell the kitchen really knows what they’re doing and puts care into every plate. Fiorino is consistently one of the best spots in town, whether you’re out for a nice dinner or celebrating something special. Summit is lucky to have a place like this, and I’m always grateful to support such great people. Highly recommend.
