  Unbelievably rude lady at front service desk, didnt look up to serve us, I said hi, can we be served please, she didnt look up whilst she counted coins. When she finally looked up to serve myself & friend, I got a dirty side eye look! I asked why she gave us the dirty look, as i was just asking to be served! My friend still got coffee, I would not spend my money there... too rude & obnoxious. After we left, my friend confirmed she's always that rude when she buys her coffees there! Ill be sure to not recommend this location or buy anything from here!

  I am a loyal Dunkin girlie. But I am new to the app and trying to order ahead. So I ordered today while rushing to my appointment. When I got there my order wasn’t ready smh. So I told them i ordered and I am still waiting - the lady proceeded to make it but I didn’t realize today was free donut with your coffee purchase- which I saw on big signs at the store—-(I ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches). so I asked the lady(said her name was Fas) for the free donut to go with my purchase she said “no… u didn’t order it on the app”. I explained that I didn’t know , but I clearly purchased coffees and can I just get the free donut . She said “no” and proceeded to look passed me and speak to the lady behind me “how can I help you?” Smh extremely rude. I asked again if I can please have the donut since I didn’t know I was supposed to order - and I was apologetic . She yelled “ no you should’ve ordered it on the app !” And started shaking the receipt aggressively in the air . And I hawked for her name. On the way out- other customers apologized on her behalf and said how mean she normally is —- I don’t think this is the job for her and she is a bad representation of what Dunkin is supposed to bring —-JOY ALL FOR A DONUT- I just wanted to be a big back in peace . Never again am I going back to this Dunkin. Food was decent tho.
