  Been here 5 times using drive thru. Every single time they ask you to park and wait for food to come out. Just regular orders like 2 big mac meals. The whole point of a drive thru is to be quick, instead they make you park and sit for 10 mins every single time

  I walked up to the counter for salt after getting my food and caught two employees about to start making out near the register. The tables were disgusting and sticky. And there was a dog sitting on one of the chairs at a table.

  I am a new customer at this location and I now go there daily to relax and enjoy spending time with my friend " Patrick" I am retired and in my previous employment I was often assigned the task of observing others perform their jobs. It comes naturally for me to observe the staff at the Succasunna N.J. location (store #19994) I never have to wait long to be waited on and receive my orders and my orders are always correct , fresh and at a good temperature making them enjoyable. The store is always clean including the bathroom. From my observations, the entire crew works hard and works well together for their employer and for their customers. Two employees stand out as excellent at performing their jobs quickly , pleasantly and with pride. They are "Antonio" and "Ana" I want to make it clear that I only know them from that store so my review is unbiased. I had to ask their names to include them in my review. I think "Antonio" would make an excellent manager because he knows his job well and he has excellent people skills which are important . I believe he would treat his staff well and they would work hard for him. " Ana " also has excellent people skills and always does her job pleasantly, quickly and properly. " Ana" and "Antonio" are always hustling around getting things done. They are an asset to their employer and would be an asset any where they choose to work. I hope great things happen for them both. I often tip them as appreciation for a job well done. "Antonio" is such a classy and generous young man, he chooses to share his tips with his fellow employees on his shift !
