- BNBenjamin NaterFeb 4, 20265.0While at the Roxbury Mall, we stopped at this Panera for soup. I ordered the Autumn Squash while my wife ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup. What a delightful time and meal we experienced. Both soups were hot and creamy. Plus the bread was freshly baked. But the "topping on the cake" was a Cherry pastry we got free for signing-up on the Penera app. Can't complete my post without thanking Amiyah, the friendly cashier who helped us in every step. We shall return very soon... 💖🙏💖

Not only was their system not working properly to the point that my order wasn’t even listed, there was a line of people waiting 45+ minutes for food, AND they were out of bread. How does Panera BREAD run out of bread? Ended up requesting a refund but not before being late to work as a result of their utter disfunction. I should’ve crossed this place off my list already after finding a bee carcass in my salad once, and a hair in my soup soon after. I’ve only continued my patronage as there’s no other location nearby, but no longer. Strike 3, you’re out. Stay far, far away.
