  I have been a regular daily customer of this Dunkin every weekday morning for years. This morning I had a terrible experience. As I was waiting in the drive through line, which was moving much slower than usual, a large black pickup truck pulled up in the right lane adjacent to the drive through. I assumed this truck was trying to pull around the building, but it stopped. I thought my car might be in a position that was not allowing enough room for the truck to pull around, so I edged up a little in the line. Immediately the truck driver started beeping and trying to back up. I was very confused and wasn’t sure what the issue was. He eventually cut into the drive through line and I then understood he was trying to pull into one of the employee parking spots which the drive through line blocks. The employee jumped out of his car, pointed at me and yelled something, and ran into the building. He then ran up to the drive through window and I could see him yelling and waiting there. When I eventually pulled up to the window, he yelled out the window at me. I was totally in shock. The man working the drive through window also looked horrified. This man was scary and threatening and the treatment I received was totally uncalled for. As I said, I have been a daily customer for many years but I can say with certainty that I will never be back.

  I have been going to this Dunkin’ in Byram for over 5 years, and after what happened today, I will never return. I attempted to pay with a $50 bill, and the two employees working the register immediately accused me of giving them a fake bill — which it absolutely was not. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they started laughing in my face and making comments implying that I “couldn’t afford” their coffee. It was beyond disrespectful and completely uncalled for. They refused to return my $50 bill until I threatened to call the police. I then walked across the street to QuickChek, where they confirmed the bill was real without hesitation. In my opinion, the way this was handled felt extremely suspicious. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused to get one. When I asked for their names so I could report the situation, they refused that as well. This was completely unprofessional, immature, and honestly disgusting behavior from people representing a major company. I have already submitted a report to corporate to investigate these individuals. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I strongly advise others to reconsider spending their money here. I’ve attached a picture of these employees.

  This is the third week in a row where I have ordered everything stuffed bagels and they come out.Ice cold, why are they not heating the food up correctly before giving it through the drive through window?
