    I ordered a small iced caramel latte and there was no coffee in it, just milk and caramel. I also ordered donuts, you can clearly see they are not fresh.

    Got you — here are three versions you can choose from, depending on how strong you want it to sound: --- ⭐ Google Review (Balanced & Professional) At least twice a week I visit this Dunkin’, and unfortunately the customer service is consistently poor. I ordered a tea with cream and sugar, and once again there was no sugar. On cold days, you just want a warm drink made correctly, but instead I wasted $3.30 on tea I couldn’t enjoy. The person taking orders is never pleasant, and it feels like there’s no care put into customer service. Something really needs to change. --- ⭐ Short Version (Straight to the Point) I come here at least twice a week, and the service is always unpleasant. My tea order is often wrong, and today there was no sugar after I specifically asked. On a cold day, that’s frustrating—especially when you pay $3.30 for something you can’t enjoy. The staff attitude needs improvement. I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts at least twice a week, and the customer service continues to disappoint. I ordered tea with cream and sugar, and once again there was no sugar. It’s cold outside, and all you want is a properly made hot drink. Instead, I wasted $3.30 because my order wasn’t done correctly. The person taking orders is never pleasant, and it feels like customer service is not a priority here. Management really needs to address this. This is drive through order I did today .

    Drive through was crazy slow and then tried to use rewards and the guy at the window scanned it but then told me it wasnt valid for what I got. Tried to use it and now its not working.

    11/8/2025 ——Placed an online order at 10:04pm arrived at 10:05pm. Location closes at 11pm so I arrived at a decent time. Pulled up to the speaker and waited for someone to answer…Nothing. I was sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes saying hello….Nothing. So I pulled up to the window. No one in site. I knocked on the window…Nothing. I even called the number posted, heard the phone ring but no one went to answer it. I was waiting for a good 10+ minutes but since I have to work tonight at a certain time I had to leave. I did not receive my order that I paid for at all. I also noticed a car ahead of me leave as well with no order.
