    The woman helping people choose their food is doing a good job, but she's very slow and takes a long time with each person. Also, there's only one person serving, and the line moves very slowly. They should improve that. I also came and it was a bit chilly and inside the restaurant it felt cold as if it were summer there was no heating and people were inside the restaurant they should improve that too.

    This chipotle is the best chipotle in the area. Their chicken is always well seasoned and cooked well and the food is always good. The employees are always gracious when i ask for my extra rice. I ordered the build your own pack yesterday and everything was on point. Shout out to the Chipotle staff in Springfield!
