I ordered a small iced caramel latte and there was no coffee in it, just milk and caramel. I also ordered donuts, you can clearly see they are not fresh.

It’s cold outside, and all you want is a properly made hot drink. Instead, I wasted $3.30 because my order wasn’t done correctly. The person taking orders is never pleasant, and it feels like customer service is not a priority here. Management really needs to address this.
