- MAMarco Aurelio5 days ago1.0I ordered on line to save time , and to optimize my breacktime . I ordered at 105 pm it was finally ready at 145 ! In the meantime you could walk up and order and be in and out in 5 minutes . Horrible teamwork!!! 5 people waiting 30 minutes or more for pick up and 2 employees in the front counter refusing to make eye contact !!!! What a joke . ZERO INTERNAL LEADERSHIP !! wast of time the have to re-evaluate their pick up structure . Its upside down !!!!

Not moving too well but my wife and I move up to the counter to order - we were going to eat there but I mentioned that the whole place looked terrible - floor a mess, tables unclean, used napkins all over the place. I couldn't do it. Ordered the food - steak looked really well done and cut up into unappetizing dried out cubes, guacamole really looked horrible and very questionable. I don't know why but we paid for this slop and took it to go. But in 2 minutes of walking out the door we started questioning ourselves and decided to go back And tell them we thought better of it and would like to return this mess. The counter staff couldn't have been ruder. After refusing to even listen to us they said no way could they accept the food and we could keep it or throw it out (we choose to throw it out rather than risk getting sick). As we walked out the door the clowns behind the counter were laughing at us. Great staff. Again I don't even know how you could say anything good about this place Filthy, unappetizing food, rude staff. There are so many other better choices in Westfield - I am surprised it still exists. Stay clear of it, you'll be doing yourself a favor.
