  This place is awful! The service is the worse and the manager is terrible. 6 people behind the counter one person doing everything from taking the order to adding ingredients to check out. I ordered a Burrito and asked for cheese l, NO CHEESE. I am told to wait a mi Ute and as the person helping me asked her “So called Manager “ the manager replied “I am not hearing it” “ deal with it” after 10 minutes the burrito laying open I am told “sorry we can’t grate the cheese right now” again 5 other people including manager and no one to help her. I left with a cold burrito but also left with the feeling. DONE WITH CHIPOTLE This place is always a problem but night was the last straw. It’s it need of serious customer service training and people who don’t hate their job!!!

  Staff all seem bored and miserable, and would rather be somewhere else. Seems like no manager is ever there. Constantly running out of food items, such as meat, rice, etc. The soda machine never has ice, so always drinking warm soda. The fruit punch drink machine is always switched off, so the drinks are not mixing. The dining room is always filthy. Such a shame, it was great when it first opened. Corporate needs to bring in a "fixer" manager for a few months to fix this sinking ship.

  Agree with other reviews for the location. Zero sense of customer service. The place inside and outside look and feel dirty.

  Many items from the menu not readily available , staff was not very friendly, long delays because staff was not working together and were not happy. The tables were dirty and haven’t been cleaned in a while. If a manager was on duty you could not tell as there was no sense of urgency to increase the pace or get food to the customer.

  Discriminatory and unacceptable experience today. I am a regular Chipotle customer and order here frequently, so I know what a normal interaction should be like. The employee (young female wearing a baseball cap) loudly and repeatedly echoed my order in an exaggerated, confrontational tone, even though my order was clear. Her volume was so high that everyone in line could hear, which felt humiliating and unnecessary. What made this worse was the clear difference in how she treated other customers. Immediately after me, she spoke to a white female customer in a noticeably softer and more polite tone. The contrast was obvious. This experience made me feel singled out and extremely uncomfortable. I could barely finish my meal and left feeling very upset. This is not acceptable service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses staff behavior and training.
