Serving soup that borders on inedible due to it not being creamy at all, where the liquid drains off your spoon easily, leaving a pile of barely cooked vegetables that stab your mouth from the firmness is inexcusable from a entity as large and as established as Panera. This was obviously scorched from new, as the cream base is broken and all that is left are sad pools of broken butter. You need to do better. Consumers deserve better than to support the bottom line of a company that exists based on our satisfaction. You work for us. And you failed. And you often do, without recourse. Your existence promises us dependable quality. If you cannot deliver, you do not deserve to charge what you do, or even exist as a viable business model. We do not want free apologetic sub par food in exchange for having received already subpar food. We want it to be great the first time and worth the price we pay. I gave one star to be nice. 🤙
