  Upon arriving we were told our table we had a reservation for was mistakenly given away to another group., It was a packed Saturday night, 12/06. We were pretty aggravated and debated just leaving but the manager went above and beyond to find us a table. We couldn’t stay mad. She was so nice, as were the hostesses. Our waitress was also great. The food was delicious, drinks were so good and the Christmas decorations and music really get you in the spirit. Thank you, Spring Lake Tap House for the great night!

  I am really flabbergasted how the Spring Lake Tap House has that many good reviews. My experience the food is decent but the service is horrendous. When we sat down we got served right away and ordered soup as appetizer. The soup took over 30 minutes to come out and the servers passed by my table multiple times never ask if we were ok and let us that the food would be right out. Three other tables sat down after us and they got their food ahead of us. The only reason I been coming back to the restaurant is my local gym was handing out 10% discount cards which is really 6% because the restaurant charges a 3.99% surcharge for using a credit card. Any other good establishment would have comp us drinks apps something for the wait but the servers couldn’t care less, I more angry at myself for tipping him. Unless every restaurant is closed I will never go back.

  This place is a vibe. Food’s great, drinks are on point, and Michaela is the star of the show. She’s the best…period. Michaela elevates the standard of service here. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the menu and always ready to offer helpful recommendations. She’s attentive without hovering, quick without rushing you, and friendly without being over the top. She checks on you right when you need something…..never too early, never too late. She keeps everything clean and organized, communicates with the kitchen perfectly, and somehow manages to juggle multiple tasks at once. Michaela makes the bar feel like a place you want to keep coming back to!

  Four of us sat at the bar on Sunday afternoon. We were given a Gameday drink menu and ordered draft beers that were $5. each and a bud bottle for $4. We ordered 3 $10. apps, a pizza. chicken & waffles, a pork roll & egg sandwich. All good except for pork roll & egg. The roll was burnt, egg was tiny. Not at all worth $14. We had 5 total draft beers and were charged $9. each instead of $5. Also, they added a Hospitality fee. What? Our bill for Lunch at the bar was $150. plus a $30. tip.

  went there for dinner they charged a cover for the band when we spent money on food. I watched as they selectively chose people to charge the cover so they didn’t charge. Everybody was very disappointed if you’re gonna charge a cover for a band then you need to make sure you charge everybody it’s not selective charging, especially when you’re paying to eat dinner somewhere random people that come in they should pay the cover.
