  Amazing Dunkin, I come here twice a day everyday, my only issue is the drive-thru. It's horrible, the pavement is beyond need of repair. Someone is going to seriously mess up their car. PLEASE FIX IT

  I had an incredibly frustrating and frankly disturbing experience at this Dunkin’. I stopped in simply to grab a coffee but urgently needed to use the restroom first. I was told the bathroom was locked and that I would need to order something before they would allow access. Fine — I placed my order. However, I was then told the restroom code would be on my receipt, yet they wouldn’t even provide a receipt. Instead, they just unlocked the door after I questioned it. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and oddly handled. Even more upsetting was watching an elderly gentleman ahead of me who clearly needed to use the restroom. He had already been sitting there and had ordered food, yet staff refused him access because he “needed a receipt.” He appeared uncomfortable and distressed. It was completely lacking in compassion. I understand businesses have policies, but there is a difference between maintaining rules and ignoring basic decency. This felt rigid, impersonal, and poorly managed. I expect better customer care — especially when it comes to something as basic as restroom access.

  This review is specifically about Mike (Michael), the manager. The cashier was excellent—hardworking, polite, and professional. No complaints about her at all. The store gave me one less gift card than I paid for. They called me the next day saying they found it, but when I went to pick it up, Mike was rude and aggressive, wrongly blamed me, and even slammed the drive-through window shut in my face. This is a top-down issue. When employees see their manager treating loyal customers this way, they learn it is acceptable to behave the same. In leadership, you must lead by example and ensure your team understands the importance of respect and proper customer service. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this location has ongoing customer service issues, many specifically involving Michael. If you are the owner, serious training and accountability are needed.

  Maple was amazing in helping me decide on what I wanted because I had lots of questions and she explained every thing perfectly to me and even got me to try something new… way better than the manager who is normally on during the week
