  The short Spanish lady with the white permanent eyeliner was rude and nasty. I asked for steamed milk in my coffee and she said we dont do that here. I told her every other dukin does she said not here and not for coffee. I even offered to pay and she refused. There was no need to be nasty and rude.

  Employees are very rude, and they take 0 responsibility for orders that THEY got wrong! Today is the second time that I returned to the store with something wrong with my purchase. Prior to this time where my hash browns were burnt, the time before this I told her that it was missing pumps of caramel. After much attitude she remade my drink. Today, my hash browns were burned and she told me that “they are supposed to look like that” Although this is the closest Dunkin to my home, I think it’s time that I spend the gas and start using the Dunkin’s on 18! Below is a photo of the hash browns that she gave me grief about changing.

  I had an incredibly frustrating and frankly disturbing experience at this Dunkin’. I stopped in simply to grab a coffee but urgently needed to use the restroom first. I was told the bathroom was locked and that I would need to order something before they would allow access. Fine — I placed my order. However, I was then told the restroom code would be on my receipt, yet they wouldn’t even provide a receipt. Instead, they just unlocked the door after I questioned it. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and oddly handled. Even more upsetting was watching an elderly gentleman ahead of me who clearly needed to use the restroom. He had already been sitting there and had ordered food, yet staff refused him access because he “needed a receipt.” He appeared uncomfortable and distressed. It was completely lacking in compassion. I understand businesses have policies, but there is a difference between maintaining rules and ignoring basic decency. This felt rigid, impersonal, and poorly managed. I expect better customer care — especially when it comes to something as basic as restroom access.
