    I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin’ location. The service was unprofessional, and the food didn’t meet expectations. I ordered a bacon on a plain bagel and received only four tiny pieces of bacon. The staff member who helped me, a young teenager, was also quite rude and lacked basic customer service manners. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and staff training.

    everytime i go in specifically in the morning it takes 10-15 minutes for a sandwich and a drink. theres literally no good reason either, this place needs better morning shift workers... if i dont use the app its guranteed to take an unnecessary amount of time which is why i dont even bother coming. i see the workers taking their time in the back when theres a line out the door. and let’s be real a lot of people apply at this location, so why is this still happening? do better!

    I ordered a Blueberry Refresher drink and it was really good. I also ordered an avocado toast and it was cold, barely toasted on one side. I did not enjoy it at all. I was with a client who ordered a latte. They didn't have exactly what she wanted, but she sort of got what she wanted. She also ordered an avocado toast. It was her first time trying one. She seemed to enjoy it.

    The service level is poor, the prices for the same item are more expensive than anywhere else. There is no wheelchair access . They have no experience in dealing with customers.

    The person was coughing right in my coffee. Riley was making it and he was putting his two fingers in my coffee cup. How am i gonna drink that coffee. I had to throw it away.
