I also sent a message to the driver with the updated address. The driver messaged me to confirm the address change then the tracker said that the delivery was returned to the store. I never received any pizza, but they charged me for the pizza anyway. The money was not refunded. I called the store and then I got a call from door dash who says that they are not responsible and that I should talk to the store. This is shameful.

Now I’m always ordering from there and whoever is the manager for tonight, was so DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!!! I done had all sizes of their pizza and he argued me down about what I received is correct. It definitely wasn’t correct. I will be reporting this to CORPORATE because he could have easily apologized and replaced my order for the correct order. I’m so DISAPPOINTED!!! People should not be playing with other people’s money!!!!
