    They gave me the completely wrong burger of lesser value. I ordered (via the app) a double cheeseburger that was supposed to come with lettuce, onions and 2 patties. Also ordered no ketchup. Instead, I was given a value cheeseburger with only one patty and none of the toppings. It was drenched in ketchup when it wasn't supposed to be. While I am disappointed, the staff was friendly and service was quick.

    I drove from another township. I am an avid BTS fan and I wanted to collect the TinyTan toys. I downloaded the McDonalds app and saw that Stelton Rd had ran out of TinyTan toys. I checked other locations, and this one (according to the app) advertised as if they had it. I drove all the way to 316 Durham Rd and went inside to politely ask to not get toys 9 and 11. I find out THEN that they no longer had TinyTan toys, and that they had run out. This is false advertising. If McDonald’s has an app, the restaurant should be responsible for making sure things reflect accurately on their merchandise. I am upset, because the only reason I ordered McDonald’s was for the toy collection. If there are no TinyTan toys, the app shouldn’t say the restaurant has them. I wish McDonalds would give some sort of compensation for this, because it really isn’t the fault of the customer, and I had no way of knowing the app was inaccurate.
