I proceeded to spend $23.00 for me and the kids… Asked for an extra cup my cup was too hot… he said $1. Then said he can change cups. But is that not the same thing??? Without the charge… I left exhausted!!!!!!

I suspect this employee was intentionally misconstruing my order to be annoying. They also said "have a wonderful day" in a false sense of enthusiasm that was grating.
