  The complaint I have is in regard to the lack of common sense from a male employee. So I guess something was burning and they had the door open to air it out and that’s fine, but all of sudden I started choking. This guy decides to spray throughout the store (which is already small) and it triggered my post nasal drip! I literally had to tell him to stop since no one picked up on the fact that I only started choking when he started spraying! Only two people were concerned with the fact that I was choking and that was the cashier who offered me water, who also apologized and the one who asked me to wait outside because now it not only smells burnt the Febreeze he sprayed is still lingering! Common sense goes along way!! You don’t spray any type of aresol in the air when you’re airing out the establishment from smoke!!! People like myself have allergies and post nasal drips that can be triggered! He half way apologized because I sternly asked him to stop!! I’m still coughing and now have a headache from the coughing because of his actions!!! Do better!!!

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Yesterday evening on the way home, I ordered on the mobile app 6 donuts and 1 loaded hash browns - NO BACON ( and it clearly stated NO BACON on the receipt). I do not eat bacon for religious reasons. Picked up the order and on the hash browns there was bacon on it. I called the store and told them and asked for a refund, they couldn’t be bothered said they couldn’t process it on the phone.They said that I could’ve either come in yesterday or today to process the refund. I said it wasn’t feasible as I live far and wasn’t able to come back to the store to pay for THEIR MISTAKE AND INCOMPETENCE!! Kindly train your staff to read and comprehend people’s orders properly! Vegetarian options should be available. I am now completely turned off Dunkin now!

  Mal servicio, el lugar cierra a las 10pm y pase a las 9:30pm y la señora no quiso tomar mi orden de alimentos porque supuestamente la cocina estaba cerrada cuando aún faltaba media hora para el cierre y podía tomarlo.

  literally how hard is it to replace whole milk with oat milk? EVERY single time i order a drink with oatmilk online at this location, i end up getting whole milk. you know how i know?? im ALLERGIC to whole milk. and when i’m grabbing my mobile order, im in a rush to be somewhere else. so let me know why im in my car, driving down 287 and i end up having to pull up to violently projectile vomit on the side of the goddamn highway. anytime i order oatmilk through the registers, they always give it to me, so i don’t understand what the problem is with mobile orders. this is the second time this has happened to me. now i have to throw away my drink because it’s making me sick. this drives me CRAZY. and now im too far to go and return it🙄🙄 so it’s MY LOSS.
