    I was delivering an Uber order and the order was late. The girl working there her name is Yasmeen seemed a bit overwhelmed. As she was making more hot chocolate she noticed flys in the container and started to laugh. I asked her if she was going to clean it out and she didn’t. It was some sort of sick joke. Absolutely disgusting.

    I came to this place almost everyday someday good services someday not. Usually I never give one start to anyplace but it happened for awhile that I got bad service, I don’t know if it’s happened to someone else. But for me Yes! if comparing from before. I bought 4 extra large hot coffees every weeks and something else everyday. ( Employees will know me immediately)I give 1 service for today if have 0 I’ll give also. Just put the coffee down and customers had to put to cup holder by yourself 4 extra large hot coffee without ring holder on middle of taller cub, top of the lids is open I don’t know why they’re kept open it and coffee spilled out on my hand also I have to call for my coffee cos she gave to someone else. She look at me like your coffee is there and I am bothering her. Often that I saw a long line of customers while employee play to each other. The manager have to check on your employees. Someone is good that customers will appreciate but someone doesn’t work well then have to fix. Thank you.

    The complaint I have is in regard to the lack of common sense from a male employee. So I guess something was burning and they had the door open to air it out and that’s fine, but all of sudden I started choking. This guy decides to spray throughout the store (which is already small) and it triggered my post nasal drip! I literally had to tell him to stop since no one picked up on the fact that I only started choking when he started spraying! Only two people were concerned with the fact that I was choking and that was the cashier who offered me water, who also apologized and the one who asked me to wait outside because now it not only smells burnt the Febreeze he sprayed is still lingering! Common sense goes along way!! You don’t spray any type of aresol in the air when you’re airing out the establishment from smoke!!! People like myself have allergies and post nasal drips that can be triggered! He half way apologized because I sternly asked him to stop!! I’m still coughing and now have a headache from the coughing because of his actions!!! Do better!!!

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Yesterday evening on the way home, I ordered on the mobile app 6 donuts and 1 loaded hash browns - NO BACON ( and it clearly stated NO BACON on the receipt). I do not eat bacon for religious reasons. Picked up the order and on the hash browns there was bacon on it. I called the store and told them and asked for a refund, they couldn’t be bothered said they couldn’t process it on the phone.They said that I could’ve either come in yesterday or today to process the refund. I said it wasn’t feasible as I live far and wasn’t able to come back to the store to pay for THEIR MISTAKE AND INCOMPETENCE!! Kindly train your staff to read and comprehend people’s orders properly! Vegetarian options should be available. I am now completely turned off Dunkin now!
