I called the next day for a refund and the manager, Juan, was clueless and disrespectful. I was on hold for over 15 min. He kept putting me on hold to deal with other orders. He didn't apologize, didn't explain and NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND. he said he could not process it in the computer. I reached out to customer service last night (about 20 hours ago) via their phone number which leads you to a text exchange with a BOT. I have not received any confirmation of receipt of message or assistance. Just went through the process again.
