- MPMogul Patel3 days ago1.0Sent in a complaint about this location 1 week ago with a caucasian manager who uses vulgar language, unprofessional, loud music late at night and is rude to a certain type of people. This manager is rude, curses in the store and jokes around with the employees. No response has been received from a district manager or corporate as requested. The new management at this location is terrible and they do not care about the customers or service anymore. If anyone knows HR or someone from higher management from the store please let me know so i can send the complaint over as customer support is just generic
- IMIron Man3 days ago1.0So I’ve been going to this chipotle for a few years now and the experience of paying for the portion that you are supposed to get has been fine until about 3 months ago where these employees want to act like their money is getting taken away each time they try to serve a good portion. Employees wanna under serve and the establishment still charge a crazy amount as if I was ordering a kids meal. What I’ve been seeing is employees scooping rice or chicken or steak etc and just knocking the spoon which makes some of the portion on it fall off and they serve it like they are portion control. I bet if it was vice versa and I was the one serving the employees and I only give them 4 pieces of a chicken and charge them double I’d be the one in the wrong right? Bottom line this location is so disappointing I hope these managers and restaurant owners change their ways

The manager told us that somebody picked up the food and he is not making the order again. Dont order online. If somebody picks up your order, they will tell you good luck!
- AFAnna Fay4 days ago1.0Corporate needs to come down and personally check this place out. It’s disgraceful. I just picked up my lunch and the burrito was so small I thought it was a mistake. It literally fit in the palm of my hand. I had to check and see if they gave me a kids menu item. Then the burrito bowl was ice cold and looked like half it was missing. Do yourself a favor… take the extra step and go to the one on George Street in New Brunswick. They are amazing and exactly what you would expect to get when spend $22.87 for two items. Never again will step foot in this place.

Definitely not worth the price—won’t be coming back. Went to this location few times and walked out cause they were like we don’t have rice, we don’t have chicken so what is a customer suppose to add in their bowl when the base & protein is not even there to be serviced. This location needs to be closed down. Or under new management. It was not worth 29$ for 2 of these.
