  Staff hides the hot sauce bottles behind the cash register so no one asks for them, and then are rude/annoyed when you ask for a bottle. portions are eh. All young kids who work there just mess around talking to themselves instead of paying atten to the customer. they had to remake my burrito twice because he just wasn’t paying attention.

  They made us order the quesadillas online but you can order the burritos at the desk?! It should be all things ordered at the desk. The thing is they took everyone else’s order but ours and a few other people feeling our pain they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Fountain drink machine broken took over a half hour to make our food & there could be a better chipotle then this one… this is bad service and it needs to be improved. Fix your place

  I came in to get a bowl and for 2 meats half and half the one employee added too much meat and the manager charged me for double meat when I never asked for that. A bowl that should cost about $13 came out to $22. It’s just crazy how as a higher up employee can speak to a customer with a rude and nasty tone. I will not be coming to this chipotle anymore and hope that no other customers are talked to this way. But it’s just crazy again how I have to pay for there mistakes and I get an attitude at the end out of it when overall they should have handled it another way.

  This location is the worst Chipotle in the area. The reviews speak for themselves as they are ALL HORRIBLE. It’s clear management doesn’t care as no issues have been resolved on this ongoing issue per reviews dating back to 9 months of the same issues. The staff always seems bothered with nasty attitudes and laziness. Out of food early and refuse to make more. Curious to know when the ACTUAL last call to make more fresh food is. They aren’t even properly trained as one worker didn’t know how to make a burrito and struggled for a long time. On top of the workers having friends sitting and talking while trying to take orders. Food portions are little when asked for more it seems like it’s an issue. It’s sad considering it’s in a good location to actually make good business. Seems like nobody will care until it’s too late avoid the area and drive to another location.

  Terrible Experience – Avoid This Location Came in with my family for a simple bowl order, and every single employee acted like we were inconveniencing them just by existing. Ordered three fountain drinks, but the soda machine had zero ice and every single soda was flat – not just one or two, all of them. Went to the counter to politely ask for a refund on the fountain drinks so I could pay for glass bottles instead. The guy behind the register rolled his eyes, argued with me, and then called a coworker over to “test” the sodas like I was lying. After wasting 10 minutes going back and forth, he finally let me swap for bottles – no apology, just attitude. By the time I sat down, our food was stone cold and gross. Completely ruined the meal. This location has zero customer service, broken equipment, and staff that clearly hate their jobs. Never coming back. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
