    I SECONDED ALL THE POST ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THIS SPANISH EMPLOYEE SOOOOO RUDE AND GAVE ME A NASTY ATTITUDE. MY SON DON'T EAT SOME OF THE TOPPINGS SO I REQUESTED TO PUT IT IN A CONTAINER (SMALL ROUND CLEAR) BUT THIS SPANISH EMPLOYEE INSISTING THAT I NEED TO PAY FOR THE CONTAINER AND HE NEVER DID UNLESS I WILL PAY. SO, I JUST ASK TO PUT IT ON THE FOIL LID BUT STILL DON'T WANT TO DO IT. UP UNTIL I PERSONALLY SPLIT THE FOIL LID AND PAPER BOWL AND ASK HIM TO PUT THE TOPPINGS ON THE FOIL LID. IN FACT, CONTAINERS ARE AVAILABLE WITH THE UTENSILS. HIS LOGIC DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. AND THERES NO SPOON ON UTENSIL AREA SO I COME BACK AT THE CASHIER TO ASK FOR A SPOON AND THIS SPANISH EMPLOYEEE RIGHT AWAY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE.

    This place absolutely disgusts me. Starting with the employees, i could not believe the rudeness, attitude, and nasty looks I got for walking in an hour before they closed. It is almost like this location does not want customers. Moving on to the food, both kinds of rices were out, no protein, and no cheese. I get that they close in an hour but nothing was even cleaned yet. There was rap music blasting that is not appropriate for a store to play especially when people bring their children in here. Do better corporate, locations like this hurt the reputation, and employees like that should be fired

    DO BETTER …Every single person working at this location is annoyed you are there. They are so annoyed if you ask any question, they throw your food together and shove you out the door. If you try to be nice? It doesn’t pay .. Chipotle used to be my favorite place .. DO BETTER CORPORATE.. this is fixable.. if people don’t want to work and provide customer service than fire them. I dare you to do a secret shopper and you won’t be surprised of the horrible attitude you will receive

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DON’T EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY PREPARE FOOD AS THOUGH THEY ARE MAKING A FAVOUR TO THEIR CUSTOMER!!! I WALKED OUT WITHOUT FOOD TAKEOUT!!! CHIPOTLE BRAND IS ON EASY TRACK FOR A MAJOR FAILURE!!!

    If I could put no starts I would. Employees are rude as hell, they put SO little food on the bowl and on top of that it literally seems like they hire anyone at the South Plainfield area. I’ve been to so many chipotles and I’ve never gotten attitude from them. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Also a customer walked out today who seemed to be from the area and they were told “then get out”. Crazy.
