  THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES!!!!!! As I’m placing my order there’s a big roach on the wall in the kitchen area near the FRIES!! I walked out. I told the workers and they didn’t care . They were nonchalant. THEY KNOW!

  I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. The employee with blue hair was unable to take our order correctly. We asked for cheese fries but received plain fries, and we specifically requested no tomato on the sandwich, yet it still came with tomato. Situations like this are concerning, especially for customers who may have food allergies and rely on their requests being followed. We also ordered two drinks and only received one. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and we’ll be trying a different location next time.

  First time here and it gave me old school Jersey Shore boardwalk vibes. Got cheesesteak and fries and mozzarella sticks, everything was clean , seasoned well and the cheese was cheesing! Down to ice for the beverages. The service was excellent. Everything was handled well and I’ll be back very soon. Charley’s for the win
