  Constantly running out of food, soda, frosty mix, whatever. Never had this problem at another Wendy's.

  Food is great every time. It’s the service that is lacking. They tend to be rude and sound miserable. There’s probably only one person that is ever decent. My question and concern is HOW are you guys going to start charging for sauces and not put them in the bag. I checked thinking I’m good because sometimes they’re hidden underneath but I got home and there’s nothing. Mind you they also tend to leave the window right away right after handing you everything so you can’t ask them for anything until you can wave someone down.

  Went to this Wendy’s today and the ladies in the drive thru clearly didn’t want to work. No coffee for some reason and then after I purchased 2 combos and spent 30 bucks they refused to give me a single sauce without paying extra. How do you refuse to provide a sauce with 2 meals with fries that the customer spent $30 on? They were rude about it too and that made zero sense. Not going back here again and I was going often.
