- MMMathewNov 10, 20252.0Drive through is supposed to be fast and convenient. I have to gamble and wait 15-25 mins sometimes. Nice employees but they need to be trained a bit more. Drinks are not made like the product should be served. For example, cold brew drinks with foam on the top. The whole purpose of the lid is so you can drink the foam with the cold brew to get that flavor experience. But they serve it with the regular straw lid. This may be silly at first but when you are in your car you do not want to take the lid off to begin with.
