    I am a regular customer and so far all of the employees have been awesome ! But for the past month an employee named Sanvi has been extremely rude and really unprofessional !! Not sure if others experience the same but her behavior is rude every single time. She needs to be retrained to be professional and this should definitely be looked into.

    PSA: Don’t order on the mobile app (drive through pickup) and expect them to make the order fresh like they’re supposed to when you pull up. Pulled up and the bot of a service champion says “we’ve actually had your order ready and sitting”. So you mean to tell me you just made my food and left it out to get cold when I wasn’t even here. Dude claims it checked in 3-4 hours ago when it hadn’t even passed 90 minutes. Then proceeds to say “but it’s all good”, you know what’s not good??? THE ABSOLUTE WATERED DOWN DRINK AND ICE COLD FOOD YOU JUST HANDED ME. DO YOUR JOB BECAUSE ITS NOT OH LET ME MAKE ORDERS AT MY EARLIEST CONVENIENCE, NO YOURE SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT FRESH WHEN I PULL UP. GO THROUGH TRAINING AGAIN BUD.

    How do you give a dr pepper instead of a rootbeer. I guess reading comprehension is an issue? You overcharge for your items, its even worse when you cant get them right. Not a trust worthy taco bell.
